Job description

We are currently looking for energetic and motivated Appointment Setters to help our team connect with leads and book qualified appointments.

Applicants with experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and BatchDialer are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contact leads through calls, SMS, email, or social media
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
  • Follow provided scripts and communication guidelines
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Update lead information inside GHL CRM
  • Use BatchDialer to manage outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate notes and appointment tracking

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with leads over the phone
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Experience with BatchDialer is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable internet connection and headset
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred But Not Required

  • Cold calling experience
  • Sales or customer service background
  • CRM experience
  • Real estate lead generation experience
