The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to own the sales cycle, the close, and the playbook. Our sales motion is unique: designers at major brands already use OTB out of pocket. You will identify these users and approach decision-makers with a proven, warm bottom-up lead strategy that boasts a 50% close rate.

What You Will Own

  • Bottom-up identification: Identify target brands, specific designers, teams, projects, and current spend.
  • Warm outreach: Engage decision-makers including VP of Design, Head of Product Development, Head of Innovation, and CTO.
  • Full cycle: Manage everything from discovery and demo to redlining, MSA, and signature. No SDR or AE handoffs.
  • Expansion: Grow contracted logos as adoption widens within the account.
  • Playbook development: Build the foundational sales playbook for future hires.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience closing enterprise SaaS or vertical software contracts on a full-cycle motion at $15-100K ACV.
  • Strong preference for experience with bottom-up or PLG-to-sales motions.
  • Familiarity with fashion, manufacturing, or design, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to independently manage redlines and presentations.
  • A hunter mentality—you do not wait for marketing leads.
  • Fluency in CRMs, sequences, calling, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Desire to be the first revenue hire in a high-growth environment.
