Overview
Seeking a part-time, remote (must live in a PST state) Email Marketing & QA Specialist to support digital merchandising and seasonal email campaigns on a contract basis.
This Email Marketing & QA Specialist role focuses on end-to-end email QA and merchandising execution, ensuring accuracy across assortments, inventory, linking, and landing pages, while also supporting cross-channel merchandising initiatives. Ideal for a detail-oriented merchandiser with strong product fluency, QA rigor, and advanced Excel skills.
Type:

Schedule:
Regular day hours (about 20 hours per week)

6 months expected
Pay:
$40 - $50/hr, paid weekly
Email Marketing & QA Specialist Requirements
- 3 years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, email marketing, or digital content QA
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage shifting priorities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with Bloomreach, Klaviyo, ClickUp, and Salsify preferred
- Direct experience with QA processes for digital or email content highly preferred
Email Marketing & QA Specialist Duties
- Curate merchandising assortments for email campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and sales goals
- Validate inventory availability and accuracy prior to campaign deployment
- Execute and QA linking strategy across email modules and corresponding landing pages
- Perform comprehensive pre-deployment QA, including product placement, links, and inventory checks during routing
- Review product listing pages (PLPs) to ensure assortments align with email content and are merchandised correctly
- Provide ad hoc merchandising support, including product recommendations for outbound channels such as paid media
- Maintain SOPs and documentation, and audit working files for data integrity and execution accuracy
