Role Description
The Senior Director, Client Services is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role leads client service strategy and execution, overseeing key brand accounts from onboarding through campaign delivery and performance review.
The Senior Director ensures exceptional client satisfaction by understanding client objectives, translating them into effective campaign plans, and coordinating with internal teams across sales, creative, operations, and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a client services team, guiding account health and renewals, analyzing campaign results, presenting insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. This role also contributes to process improvement, develops best practices for client engagement, and serves as a senior point of escalation and partnership for strategic accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong client services and customer service skills, with a track record of building long-term, trusted relationships with brand partners.
- Analytical skills and a focus on customer satisfaction, including the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Team management experience, including leading, mentoring, and developing client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in advertising, media, marketing, or related fields, preferably working with major consumer brands or agencies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at senior levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts or projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model in New York, NY, and collaborating across cross-functional teams and time zones.
Compensation
- Expected OTE of $200,000
