Role Description
The Sr Manager, Brand Partnership Sales is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing strategic brand partnerships across key verticals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Developing tailored proposals and media plans.
- Leading client presentations and negotiating contract terms.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and account management to ensure seamless campaign execution and strong client satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends, refining go-to-market strategies, and nurturing long-term relationships with brand and agency partners to support repeat and expanded business.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Management skills, including building pipelines, closing deals, and leading complex partnership negotiations.
- Market Planning skills to develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and position OpenFortune's offerings within the broader media ecosystem.
- Experience in media, advertising, or brand partnerships, ideally selling to marketing and agency decision-makers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, managing time effectively across in-office and remote work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000-$155,000 + Commission/Bonuses. Expected OTE Year 1 is $275,000.
