Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our HR team. This individual will play a key role in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating job postings across various platforms, and supporting general recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and familiar with online job boards and sourcing strategies.
Pharmacy experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates by reviewing resumes and applications on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and others.
- Create and manage job postings to ensure accurate, timely, and effective visibility across job boards and internal systems.
- Monitor and manage applicant flow, filtering qualified candidates and flagging strong potential fits for hiring managers.
- Explore and recommend new platforms or strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.
- Coordinate with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening (as needed) via phone, email, or video to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling candidate information.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred (1--2 years minimum ideal).
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Experience or knowledge of pharmacy or healthcare recruiting is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
- This is a 100% remote position. Candidate must have reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Standard business hours apply, but some flexibility may be required based on recruiting demands.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
