Optomi, in partnership with a major US airline, is seeking an AI Technical Lead Engineer to fulfill a 12-month contract-to-hire with a client based in the DFW metroplex.

We're seeking a Technical Lead to help shape, define, and lead the technical delivery of the agent platform layer. This individual will partner closely with the Technical Product Manager, architects, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between architecture, product vision, and implementation.

Apply Today If Your Background Includes:

• 7+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership roles
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.)
• Proven experience translating complex architecture into executable development plans
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, orchestration, and data pipelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, LangChain, etc.)
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, metadata-driven systems, or governance models
• Exposure to LLMOps or MLOps principles and best practices
• Previous experience in large-scale platform or enterprise AI implementations
