What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform a range of office administration duties, including managing travel expenses, contracts, and purchasing
- Provide administrative support and assistance to internal and external customers
- Research and resolve program or client issues and prepare necessary documentation
- Represent the program or unit and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- May train subordinate staff and serve as a lead worker
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED
- Four (4) years of job-related experience or two (2) years at the lower-level Admin Assistant 2 or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist various stakeholders
- Experience in administrative functions and office management
- Ability to handle confidential information and perform complex tasks
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
- Familiarity with grant-funded projects and initiatives
- Previous experience in customer service or public-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
