What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars and meeting schedules
- Compose correspondence and prepare executive-level presentations and reports
- Coordinate and arrange executive travel and manage expense reports
- Organize in-person, hybrid, and remote meetings, including logistics and preparation
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and respond to inquiries regarding office operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience supporting executive management (Director level or above)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom
- Strong organizational, coordination, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and maintain strong interpersonal skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Concur for travel arrangements and expense report preparation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with other administrative staff
