  • Upsell products as opportunities arise while maintaining professionalism

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in a call center or office environment
  • Familiarity with using dual monitors and various software applications
