What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects and documentation
  • Organize and plan meetings, including compiling agendas and minutes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
