What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support for projects and documentation
- Organize and plan meetings, including compiling agendas and minutes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience developing presentations and materials for executive management
