What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, handling HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, intranet content, organization charts, and calendars
- Initiate background checks and onboarding paperwork through HR systems, coordinating new hire setup and exit processes
- Manage office supplies, coordinate desk and meeting room setups, and track office expenses against budget
- Assist employees with benefits questions and support HR audits and regulatory filings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-3 years of HR assistant experience required; office administration experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Copilot
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
