Location

Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA, with partial remote flexibility.

Note

Must have 2+ years' experience defending labor and employment claims, with active PA and NJ bar membership. Experience in insurance defense or complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Defend a wide range of labor and employment claims in PA and NJ
  • Draft pleadings and respond to written discovery
  • Take depositions and participate in arbitrations and trials
  • Handle general litigation defense matters as assigned
  • Conduct legal research and prepare client-focused memoranda
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop strategies for complex matters

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • 2+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
  • Active member of PA and NJ bars
  • Experience with insurance defense and complex litigation preferred
  • Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent academic credentials and professional communication skills
