Role Description

This is a full-time role based in the Greater Orlando area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Strategic Sourcing Contract Manager will oversee the end-to-end contracting process for goods and services, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to identify sourcing needs.
  • Analyzing spend data and developing sourcing strategies.
  • Driving cost savings and value optimization.
  • Coordinating competitive bidding processes and evaluating vendor proposals.
  • Managing supplier relationships and tracking contract performance against key metrics.
  • Maintaining accurate contract records and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
  • Contributing to process improvements within the supply chain and procurement functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, including managing competitive bidding, supplier selection, and vendor performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in spend analysis, cost modeling, and using data to inform sourcing decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, hospital operations, or regulated environments, including familiarity with compliance, legal, and risk considerations.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, financial, and operational teams and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex terms into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with procurement or contract lifecycle management tools, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related business software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CMRP) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
