Role Description
The Dynamics 365 QA Automation role is a contract, fully remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing automated test scripts, executing system and integration tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications, and identifying software issues. The role also involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth software delivery while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, including creating and maintaining test scripts.
- Demonstrable experience provisioning and maintaining scalable Microsoft Azure web apps.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications including CRM, Case Management, or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of integration testing and data validation with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and previous experience in Agile software testing environments.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for clear reporting of test results and product quality insights.
- Additional experience with performance testing tools and techniques is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
