Hiring: Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Developer (FTE)

Location: US Wide - Remote (12 approved states only: DC, FL, GA, MD, NC, TX, VA, TN, MO, AZ, IN, MT)

Employment Type: Full-Remote

Basic Salary: $140k - $175k (DOE) + benefits

Client: ServiceNow Elite Partner

What I am looking for

• ServiceNow CSA: Mandatory.
• CIS Certifications: 2 mandatory (CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, or CIS-Event Management).
• Experience: 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development (MINIMUM) across ITOM (not admin, BA, or PM).
• Module Expertise: Recent experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• CMDB Ownership: Class hierarchy, data integrity, CSDM alignment, and IRE rules.
• Scripting Depth: Strong proficiency in Glide API, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Residency: Must currently reside in one of the 12 approved states (no relocation supported).
• Nice to have: Now Assist / AIOps exposure, CAD certification.
