Key Responsibilities
- Identify issues in our sales processes and continuously improve conversion rates
- Co-design and iterate on sales strategy with founders
- Build and improve sales processes, documentation, and dashboards
- Work with a pipeline of 100 inbound leads per month
- Run sales over video and chat and convert leads into paying customers

Qualifications
What we're looking for specifically for this role:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent sales skills & 2 or more years of related successful experience
Compensation
- Base: $1000/month
- Performance bonus: $50 per closed candidate (uncapped)
- Equity: meaningful founding team grant after 3 months
- Expected total compensation: $2,500--$4,000/month
- Top performers can exceed this significantly
Office Location
This job is open to remote candidates from almost anywhere around the world but our customer base is mainly in Europe-friendly timezones.
