Key Responsibilities

  • Identify issues in our sales processes and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Co-design and iterate on sales strategy with founders
  • Build and improve sales processes, documentation, and dashboards
  • Work with a pipeline of 100 inbound leads per month
  • Run sales over video and chat and convert leads into paying customers

Qualifications

What we're looking for specifically for this role:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent sales skills & 2 or more years of related successful experience

Compensation

  • Base: $1000/month
  • Performance bonus: $50 per closed candidate (uncapped)
  • Equity: meaningful founding team grant after 3 months
  • Expected total compensation: $2,500--$4,000/month
  • Top performers can exceed this significantly

Office Location

This job is open to remote candidates from almost anywhere around the world but our customer base is mainly in Europe-friendly timezones.
