About The Team
The Guest Lifecycle & Loyalty (LILO) team is building a world-class marketing agency for every restaurant on Owner. We own the messaging, loyalty, and intelligence that turn first-time guests into repeat guests across email, SMS, and push.
We are at an inflection point. The foundations are coming together, and we are now focused on making marketing radically more personalized through AI-assisted capabilities and classic ML systems.
What You'll Work On
- Own high-impact lifecycle initiatives end-to-end, spanning guest journeys like activation, reactivation, graduation, and loyalty.
- Build reliable messaging and data pipelines that power campaign execution at scale.
- Raise the bar on deliverability and compliance, ensuring safe and effective outreach.
- Establish an experimentation measurement loop for lifecycle, including holdouts and incremental lift.
- Improve platform observability and operational excellence with SLOs, dashboards, and alerting.
- Ship AI-assisted capabilities that make lifecycle marketing more autonomous.
- Multiply the team through technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional partnership.
What We Need
- Strong technical leadership and action bias: Proven ability to drive multi-quarter, cross-functional initiatives.
- AI-leaning builder: Hands-on experience shipping AI-assisted features or platform capabilities.
- Strong end-to-end ownership: Ability to take projects from vague problem statements through production support.
- Product-oriented engineering judgment: Ability to make tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and long-term leverage.
- Strong communication and collaboration: Ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Data & experimentation rigor: Comfort defining success metrics and running controlled experiments.
Pay And Benefits
- Estimated starting base salary: $190K-$220K (depending on level, location, and experience).
