ParentSquare is a rapidly growing Santa Barbara-based company that's changing the way schools and parents communicate every day. Our mission is to give schools the power to incredibly enhance family engagement for all students. ParentSquare and RemindHub, our flagship products, serve over 22 million students and drive our mission by providing unified communications tools.
We are not just creating a product; we are creating empowered educators and engaged parents to improve the lives of all students. We are passionate advocates for our customers and for our employees and we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.
You're naturally curious and relentlessly analytical, with a proven track record of delivering analysis that actually moved the needle. You know when to build the right solution and when to just get it done - and you communicate that call and the tradeoffs behind it clearly.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Teams: Work directly with departments like Finance, Customer Success, and Product to understand their data needs, be their thought partner and deliver impactful solutions.
- Build and Deploy Solutions: Prototype and launch data-powered tools and automations, both for our customers and for the company.
- Define and Track What Matters: Help teams establish meaningful success metrics and build data products that report to monitor them.
- Balance Speed and Rigor: Recognize when to move fast with a pragmatic solution and when to invest in building the right system - and communicate those tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
- Champion Data Adoption: Create clear documentation, lead training sessions, and act as the internal expert to help teams more effectively use data tools within their workflows.
- Raise the Bar: Contribute to and evolve data science standards and practices across the team.
