Peak Partners is a boutique corporate transaction law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking an experienced attorney to support a steady and growing deal flow.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned transactional attorney who enjoys the work itself, collaborating with clients, structuring deals, and executing high-quality transactions—without the pressure of business development. The firm is specifically looking for someone who can step in as either lead counsel or second chair on sophisticated mid-market transactions and immediately add value to an active client base. A portable book of business is a plus.
Role Details
- Flexibility: Fully remote option available.
- Hours: Expectation of East Coast working hours.
- Firm Growth: We maintain a Maryland office and plan to expand with a second location in Florida.

Compensation
