About Position
The Sr. Quality Analyst will support the Medicare & Retirement Program Orchestration organization by ensuring right first time execution, strong quality governance, and audit ready workflows across Part C, Part D, Group Retiree, CAHPS/HOS, and Community & State programs. This role partners closely with workflow developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, enforce quality standards, and proactively identify defects and risks across the production lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Enforce the Quality Management Plan across all new workflow development, change management, and production operations
- Perform pre and post workflow QA/QC validation, including data completeness, accuracy, segmentation, suppression, and output integrity
- Validate workflow logic against CORD / requirements documentation, ensuring all business rules and data expectations are clearly met before promotion
- Execute and document self QA, peer QA, and approval checkpoints prior to production deployment
- Support production monitoring, defect tracking, and root cause analysis, partnering with developers and production support to remediate issues quickly
- Maintain and analyze quality metrics (defects, fallout trends, rework, timeliness, TAT) to support MBOs and leadership reporting
- Partner with workflow developers to accelerate quality reviews and solutioning, reducing downstream defects and delivery delays
- Contribute to automation of QA controls, including standardized QC checks, validation macros, and post workflow dashboards
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation, evidence, and quality artifacts are complete, traceable, and current
- Collaborate cross functionally with business owners, data teams, and platform partners to surface risks early and drive continuous quality improvement
Expertise You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, data validation, or analytics within healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments
- Hands on experience validating data workflows, reports, or ETL pipelines (Alteryx, SQL, SAS, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, defect management, and validation techniques
- Experience working in production environments with change management and release controls
