A-Team Sales Closers - Remote USA Only

Job Overview

We are building a sales team that is adaptable, driven, and coachable -- not entitled or resistant. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing sales deals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and business development strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and expanding market presence in a fast-paced environment. We will provide paid training for success in this fast-expanding market segment.

Training begins on 5/19.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, educate, and present tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations to close sales efficiently while maximizing value for both parties.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Stay current on industry trends, government incentives, and technology advancements.
• Utilize CRM tools to calculate system requirements, track interactions, pipeline status, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Virtual B-C sales experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency working with CRM programs. (not just average skills)
• Solid math skills (for structuring deals and running numbers)
• You will need a PC or Laptop less than five years old with high-speed internet. (non-negotiable)
• Top producers typically use two screens to manage the software and process.
• This position is for highly motivated closers who want to exceed $150k per year.
• Show up daily, follow up with clients, and closes deals weekly.
