What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analysis and documentation
  • Organize meetings and compile meeting agendas and minutes
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive information and assist in candidate interviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Experience in developing client-ready presentations and materials
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
