What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analysis and documentation
- Organize meetings and compile meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain confidentiality of executive information and assist in candidate interviews
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- Experience in developing client-ready presentations and materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
