What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government, managing a diverse team to support high-impact forfeiture cases
  • Oversee quality assurance of deliverables to ensure compliance with federal standards and requirements
  • Drive business process improvements and performance assessments for participating law enforcement agencies
  • Provide financial, strategic, and investigative support for asset forfeiture investigations
  • Execute high-level written documentation and lead complex discussions with federal management and stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be a US citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 5-10 years of specific experience in federal asset forfeiture with knowledge of federal forfeiture statutes and risk management
  • 10+ years of relevant managerial and technical experience in business process improvement, financial planning, and project management
  • Proven background in financial administration, including auditing and analysis of complex financial processes

  • Broad software skills applicable to financial data analysis and program reporting
  • Experience related to inventory testing, invoicing, and payment compliance within a federal environment
