What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead operational excellence initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring project success
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communications for various initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert and platform administrator for Smartsheet and related workflow tools
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage invoice processes for assigned vendors and projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 6 years in meetings and events
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and workflow automation tools
- Experience managing enterprise-scale processes, platforms, or programs
- Demonstrated success in transforming manual processes into automated and scalable solutions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Smartsheet certifications (Core Product, Core App, System Administrator)
- Cvent Administrator Certification
- Strong operational excellence and process design mindset
- Expertise in data governance, reporting, and quality management
- Ability to influence change in complex, cross-functional environments
