What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor onboarding, contract administration, and compliance tracking
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external research vendors
  • Manage vendor budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking processes
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk management standards
  • Design and optimize operational systems and workflows to enhance efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, vendor management, procurement operations, or financial operations
  • Proven experience in vendor onboarding, contract administration, and compliance reviews
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using operational management platforms like Smartsheet or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, or similar professional services
  • Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, including automation and reporting
  • Familiarity with vendor governance frameworks and compliance programs
  • Background in operational transformation or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting and performance metrics
