What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to ensure team efficiency
  • Support the team in adopting SAFe principles and continuous improvement practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to clarify business requirements and maintain a healthy backlog
  • Track and analyze team metrics, ensuring effective use of Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Protect the team from outside interruptions while promoting a productive environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Significant experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • At least one certification in agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM)
  • Minimum of 10 years of agile project management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Version One
  • Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and its application in real-world projects

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in Data Engineering roles such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Tester
  • In-depth knowledge of banking and finance industry standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
