What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop strategic plans to guide colleagues through transitions to new behaviors, processes, and digital solutions
- Provide guidance and support to business partners to ensure effective messaging and adoption of new processes
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for system deployments and change management initiatives
- Work closely with project teams, senior executives, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment in communications
- Develop and manage communication deliverables while ensuring messaging aligns with audience needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Previous experience in transformation services, including managing organizational change and strategic initiatives
- Extensive experience in communication strategy development and execution, with the ability to engage with senior executives
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accessibility
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality materials on time
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Certifications in Prosci and Lean Six Sigma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to take complex information and present it effectively
