Job description

Company Description

PIXACORE is an independent, full-service healthcare marketing agency, founded in New York City in 2007, with digital at the center of how we work. We partner with a range of clients, from large pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech and biopharma organizations and other healthcare innovators. Our creative, data-driven work has earned industry recognition, including MM&M Mid-Size Healthcare Agency of the Year, Gold. That comes out of a culture where people at every level shape the omnichannel strategy and creative work we're known for.

Role Description

The Senior Account Executive owns key client relationships and helps drive strategy across our healthcare marketing campaigns. This is a full-time remote role. Day to day, you'll run account activities, coordinate internal teams, and make sure high-quality work ships on time and on brief. You'll support omnichannel marketing plans, help with scoping and budgeting, and build client-ready presentations and status reports. Working closely with our strategy, creative, and digital teams, you'll turn client needs into clear plans, get ahead of problems before they grow, and spot opportunities to grow the account. You'll also keep an eye on campaign performance, pull insights, and feed them back into how we optimize client programs.

Qualifications

  • Patient marketing experience in healthcare (this is a must-have)
  • Strong client services and account management skills: relationship building, clear communication, and managing expectations
  • Comfort with scientific and clinical information
  • Solid project coordination: timelines, resource planning, and budget tracking
  • Able to work well with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, digital, analytics) in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing concepts, metrics, and tools, and a genuine interest in data-driven decisions
  • Strong presentation and writing skills for client decks and status reports
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to juggle priorities independently
  • Agency experience and familiarity with regulated healthcare markets are a plus
