Team Coordinator

About the Role

Plexus is seeking a Team Coordinator to join a highly technical, fast-moving team focused on trading, automation, and AI-driven systems. This is a unique leverage role, distinct from traditional PM or Chief of Staff positions, designed for an individual who can translate strategy into execution across both human and AI agents. You will be central to the business, ensuring that critical tasks are addressed by the appropriate resources (people or systems) at the opportune moments.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive execution within a small, high-caliber team, ensuring alignment of priorities, people, and systems.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into clear, actionable workstreams.
• Identify and prioritize key objectives each quarter, maintaining focus on critical initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, research, and trading functions.
• Develop and manage agentic workflows to automate execution where feasible.
• Act as a force multiplier for the team by removing obstacles and enhancing overall output.
• Proactively identify and address misalignment in strategy, priorities, or execution, implementing timely course corrections.
• Introduce necessary structure without impeding team velocity.

What We're Looking For

• A background in startups, preferably in a Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager (TPM), or Product role, demonstrating a proven ability to drive results.
• A strong operator mindset; you are a builder, not just a coordinator.
• Experience working within highly technical environments such as engineering, infrastructure, or trading teams.
• Comfort with or understanding of AI or agentic systems (deep expertise not required, but a grasp of the domain is essential).
• The ability to manage both people and systems concurrently.
• High personal agency and low ego, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse personalities and functions.
• A demonstrated interest in markets, trading, or cryptocurrency is considered a plus.
