Role Overview

This is a W2 position that is 100% remote.

Technical Skills

  • AWS Capabilities: Experience with Amazon Connect is highly preferred. Proficiency in core AWS infrastructure, including:
    • Lambda
    • DynamoDB
    • API Gateway
    • CloudWatch
  • Front End: Experience with Electron (current) and/or Angular (future).
  • Other: ServiceNow experience.
  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to trace problems and resolve technical issues.
