SDET (Automation Focus) --- Build from Scratch, Not Maintain Someone Else's Mess

If you're an SDET who actually enjoys building automation frameworks (not just fixing flaky tests)---this role is for you.

We're hiring for a team making a real shift from manual → automation, and they need someone who can lead from the front.

What you'll be doing:

• Build Selenium + JavaScript automation from scratch (this is not maintenance work)
• Design and drive test strategy + automation frameworks for web applications
• Partner with engineering to support a CI/CD pipeline and improve release quality
• Mentor testers transitioning from manual → automation
• Provide technical direction across a distributed QA team

Must-have (non-negotiables):

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium + JavaScript
• Experience building automation frameworks (not just executing test cases)
• Solid understanding of web application testing
• Experience with Cucumber (or willingness to ramp quickly)

Big plus:

• Salesforce testing experience (complex UI = big advantage)
• Experience mentoring or upskilling manual testers
• API testing with tools like Postman
