Lead .NET Full Stack Developer (React)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React.js, and Azure. The candidate will lead development teams, drive technical design decisions, and deliver scalable enterprise applications while remaining hands-on with coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using .NET Core, C#, React.js, and SQL Server.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support CI/CD and cloud deployments on Azure.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.

• Docker, Kubernetes

• Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Event-Driven Architecture

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
