In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal utilization of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Providing expert guidance on product features, workflows, and best practices to maximize client success.
  • Proactively monitoring account performance and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and requests.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and training sessions to foster ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.
