Our services include executive and VIP transportation, airport transfers with real-time flight tracking, corporate programs, and event logistics. Whether it's a single transfer or a complex multi-day engagement, we deliver a white-glove experience backed by uniformed chauffeurs, immaculate late-model vehicles, and 24/7 operational support.
For years, we've delivered something rare: a ground transportation experience where clients feel genuinely seen, known, and luxurious. Now we're elevating our service to new heights by scaling that philosophy to increase our clientele by 100x and build a global luxury brand.
Most transportation companies ask: "How do we move people from A to B efficiently?"
Premier International Transportation asks: "How do we make a human being feel known, seen, and luxurious---and happen to use a vehicle and a chauffeur to do it?"
We're assembling a small, high-agency brand team to make that happen: a Creative Director/Strategist, a Web Designer, a Web Developer, and you---our Marketing and growth strategist. You'll be working closely with a team, and you will be the team player who uncovers who our clients truly are and builds the marketing strategy that brings us more of them.
This is not a corporate marketing role. This is a chance to architect the intelligence, voice, and growth engine of a company that believes in human care as a competitive advantage.
The Role
You will be the intelligence hub of our brand, client acquisition, and growth efforts. We have 3-4 years of client data---reservations, revenue streams, repeat clients, referral sources---that have never been deeply analyzed. We know our clients are Fortune 500 executives and diplomats. But we don't know the specifics: Which industries? Which companies book the most? What's the average lifetime value? Which channels bring the highest-value clients? What patterns predict a long-term relationship?
Your first job is to answer those questions. You'll mine our data, talk to our team, and build a detailed picture of who our clients are, where they come from, and what they truly value. From that intelligence, you'll build and execute a marketing and growth strategy grounded in evidence, not guesswork.
This role is: 30% client data analysis & insights, 30% growth strategy, 40% execution, and 100% collaboration. Working directly with the Premier Brand Strategy team, you will help us define how the world discovers Premier---and make sure they never forget us. You will think deeply about our clients and our positioning, then build the campaigns, content, and partnerships that bring our philosophy to life.
What You'll Do
- Client Intelligence & Analysis: Mine 3-4 years of client data---bookings, revenue, repeat rates, referral sources, company names, job titles. Segment our clientele into clear profiles. Answer the questions we've never had time to ask: Which industries produce our highest-value clients? What channels bring the best retention? Where's the untapped growth hiding?
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Turn data into direction. Define our target client segments, value propositions, and messaging architecture. You'll help answer: "Who are we really for, and why should they care?"
- Content & Presence: Own our LinkedIn presence, email marketing, and brand content. Write copy that sounds like a human being, not a corporate template. Every word should reinforce: See people. Know people. Serve people.
- Warm Referral Activation: Systematize and scale the referral networks that already exist---hotel concierges, executive assistants, corporate travel managers, private aviation partners. Our best clients come through relationships. You'll make that a repeatable system, not just the founder's personality.
- Partnership Outreach: Research, draft, and manage outreach to institutional partners: corporate travel platforms, luxury hotels, and executive protection firms. Open doors we haven't knocked on yet.
- Campaign Execution: When the foundation is ready, plan and execute targeted, low-budget campaigns on LinkedIn, industry publications, and events. No spray-and-pray. Precision.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, track what works, and report with honesty and clarity. We don't do vanity metrics. We measure what actually drives growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You won't work in isolation. You'll be a core member of the Premier brand team, meeting weekly with the Creative Director, Founder/CEO, Web Designer, and Web Developer. We'll align on priorities, share insights from our respective work, and sharpen each other's thinking. Your client intelligence will shape the website. The website will shape your campaigns. The campaigns will shape how the reservations team talks to clients. We build together.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years in marketing, brand strategy, or growth---ideally in luxury, hospitality, B2B services, or a high-touch service industry.
- Exceptional writing skills. You can write an email that a Fortune 500 executive assistant actually reads.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute. You don't just plan campaigns---you build them.
- Deep understanding of American corporate, luxury, and service culture.
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity. We're building from scratch. There's no playbook.
- Believes in our philosophy: We see people. We know people. Serve people.
Compensation
40,000k-45,000k
What You Won't Do
- Manage a $500K ad budget. We're lean and intentional.
- Write soulless corporate content. Every word matters.
- Wait for permission. You'll have real ownership from day one.
- Work in isolation. You'll collaborate weekly with a Creative Director, Designer, Developer, and the Founder. Your voice matters in every room.
