Position Summary

Prestige Development Group (PDG) is seeking experienced High-Ticket Sales Closers on behalf of a rapidly growing client in the health and wellness industry. This role is responsible for converting qualified inbound leads into long-term customers through consultative virtual sales meetings, relationship building, and consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a commission-driven environment and has a proven ability to close premium products or services. This individual should be comfortable conducting Zoom sales presentations, uncovering customer needs, overcoming objections, and managing the sales process from initial consultation through close. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations with qualified inbound prospects via Zoom
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Manage the sales process from initial consultation through close
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, text, email, and CRM platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales and revenue goals
  • Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance and customer experience
  • Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in High-Ticket Sales, Account Executive, Sales Consultant, Business Development, Enrollment Specialist, or a similar consultative sales role
  • Proven ability to close high-value products or services in a virtual sales environment
  • Experience conducting sales presentations over Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and objection handling skills
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office environment
  • Available Monday through Friday during standard business hours with occasional weekend flexibility
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred:

  • Experience selling products or services ranging from approximately $1,400 to $50,000 or more
  • Background in wholesale sales, healthcare, wellness, supplements, medical products, or life sciences
  • Experience managing inbound lead pipelines generated through paid advertising
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Experience earning significant commission-based income in a high-performance sales environment

Compensation

Commission Only with uncapped earning potential. On Target Earnings (OTE): $7,000 - $20,000+ per month.
