Summary

Join a large, growing hospital system as an Applications Support Analyst, supporting critical business and clinical applications remotely. This role acts as a key liaison between end users, clinical teams, and IT, ensuring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and leading system improvements. Candidates with healthcare technology experience and a customer-focused approach will thrive in this position, contributing to process enhancements, user adoption, and system integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience in Workday, specifically payroll required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, requirements gathering, application support, and UAT support.
  • Ability to support healthcare applications and clinical systems, with familiarity in healthcare operations and workflows preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of change management principles; healthcare technology background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison to gather requirements and translate needs into functional solutions.
  • Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and related systems.
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Document workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Monitor application performance, investigate issues, and implement resolutions.
  • Deliver user training to maximize system utilization and adoption.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technical teams on upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide project support to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
