Epic ASAP Analyst Consultant -- Remote

Weekly Gross: $1920

Breakdown:

W2: $48/hr

Contract Length: 6 Months (183 Days)

Schedule: Monday--Friday | 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM (8-Hour Days)

Weekend/On-Call: None

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic ASAP Analyst Consultant to support the Clinical Application Services team. The consultant will analyze, design, implement, optimize, and maintain Epic ASAP applications while collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance workflows and system performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of related healthcare IT/application analyst experience
  • Epic ASAP Analyst Certification (Required)
  • Experience supporting Epic clinical applications and healthcare workflows
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Previous travelers will be considered (New travelers not accepted

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Epic application issues.
  • Design, build, configure, implement, and optimize Epic ASAP workflows.
  • Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Perform testing, validation, debugging, and application documentation.
  • Support system upgrades, release management, and application optimization.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Epic applications and related clinical systems.
  • Coordinate with Epic and third-party vendors to resolve application issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic ASAP Analyst Certification
  • Experience with Epic application implementation and optimization
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical applications
  • Experience with system upgrades and release management
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
