Entry Level Inbound Customer Support and Sales - WFH (Must live in UT/IL)
$17.00/hr. plus quarterly bonus up to $1,000
Must live in Illinois or Utah
PrincePerelson is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join a growing company that operates multiple consumer lending brands in the financial technology industry, each with distinct offerings and customer criteria. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, engaging potential customers to support their loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of products and services
- Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
- Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requirements
- Experience in a call center setting is preferred
- Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and quota-driven performance environments
- Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
- Desire to grow in a sales-based role
- Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
