About Us

We are building the next-generation operating platform for service-business owners in sectors such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and more. Our AI-native platform empowers local professionals to manage their businesses efficiently and enables customers to book services in minutes. Imagine an AI-powered combination of Angi, Jobber, and Instagram, tailored for local service providers and their clientele.

The product is live and incorporated in Delaware, with our primary market being the United States.

The Role: Cofounder / Chief Revenue Officer (Equity-Only)

This is a true cofounder opportunity, not an employee position. You will be responsible for all revenue-related aspects of the company, including:

  • Customer Acquisition: Developing and executing both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Sales Process & Closing: Owning the entire sales funnel from lead to close.
  • Marketing & Branding: Leading all marketing initiatives within the U.S.
  • Fundraising: Spearheading efforts from angel and pre-seed stages through Seed and Series A.
  • Team Building: Establishing and leading the go-to-market team post-funding.

As a co-founder, you will receive 15-25% equity (with a 4-year vest and 1-year cliff), your choice of title (CRO/CSO/CMO), and a permanent seat on the board.

Compensation

This is an equity-only role initially. Co-investment of a meaningful amount is expected from the outset. Market salaries will be implemented for all team members once seed funding is secured.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate, ideally aged 38-55, based anywhere in the continental U.S. (NYC or SF a plus). The ideal background includes one or more of the following:

  • Service Business Ownership: Experience owning and growing a service business (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, cleaning) to over $2M-$20M in revenue.
  • Top Sales Performer: Proven track record selling to service businesses at companies like ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Angi Pro, or Thumbtack Pro.
  • SaaS/Marketplace Founder/Early Hire: Experience founding or being the first sales/marketing hire at a vertical SaaS or marketplace company, scaling it to $1M-$10M+ ARR.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to raise capital from U.S. angels and seed funds, with existing warm introductions to relevant firms being a significant advantage.
  • Deep network within the trades industry.
  • Exceptional closing skills, both over the phone and in person, with a high degree of trustworthiness.
  • Previous experience as a serial founder or operator (2-3 times prior) is strongly preferred.

Why Now?

  • Massive Market Opportunity: The U.S. market comprises over 6 million service businesses, many still relying on outdated systems like Excel, paper, or disparate software.
  • Significant Market Gap: There's a clear need for a solution that bridges the gap between expensive enterprise tools (like ServiceTitan) and less capable consumer applications, while offering a better value proposition than platforms like Angi and Thumbtack.
  • Strong Technical Foundation: The founding team possesses strong technical and product expertise, having developed the core platform. We are now seeking a revenue leader to build the U.S. market engine.

This is a classic opportunity for a technical founder to partner with a driven revenue co-founder who understands the customer. Such partnerships have historically created immense value in the startup ecosystem.

If you're someone who has thought, "I could excel in this role with the right software," or "I know exactly how to reach and sell to these businesses," this is your chance.

Application Instructions

To apply, please send a brief email to [email protected] with the following:

  1. Two sentences explaining your interest in this specific market.
  2. Concise proof of relevant experience (e.g., LinkedIn profile plus one notable past success).
  3. Your willingness to co-invest in the next priced round (a range is acceptable).
