As one of the earliest go-to-market hires, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's next phase of growth while partnering directly with the founders and executive team.

The Role
As a founding commercial team member, you will own and drive complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through close. You will work closely with founders, product leaders, and technical stakeholders to build strategic customer relationships and establish repeatable go-to-market processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle enterprise sales processes
- Developing relationships with executive and technical decision-makers
- Generating pipeline through industry networks and strategic outreach
- Collaborating directly with leadership on GTM strategy and execution
- Helping build foundational sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Translating complex technical solutions into compelling business outcomes for customers
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience selling into enterprise environments across:
- Fintech infrastructure
- Cross-border payments
- Treasury technology
- Embedded finance
- API-first financial platforms
- Digital asset and stablecoin infrastructure
- Enterprise software and developer-focused platforms
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A track record of success in complex enterprise sales

An established network within fintech, payments, infrastructure, or financial technology ecosystems is highly advantageous.
