Head of TikTok Shop

Most brands treat TikTok Shop like an extra channel. This role is about building it into a serious growth engine.

We're looking for a Head of TikTok Shop who understands how to scale creator-driven commerce through strong affiliate relationships, high-performing content, sharp operational execution, and fast iteration.

You'll fully own the TikTok Shop ecosystem: creators, content, launches, profitability, retention systems, and GMV growth. While helping scale one of the fastest-growing wellness brands on the platform.

This is a fully remote, full-time role aligned with EST working hours.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

This role is focused on scaling TikTok Shop through stronger creator relationships, better content systems, improved profitability, and operational excellence.

You will:

  • Own the full TikTok Shop P&L including GMV growth, profitability, creator performance, launches, and operational execution
  • Build and strengthen creator relationships through Discord communities, calls, onboarding systems, and ongoing engagement
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing creators capable of driving meaningful GMV growth
  • Review daily content performance metrics and provide strategic feedback to creators to improve future output
  • Lead weekly creator calls and maintain strong community engagement across the creator ecosystem
  • Organize and execute new product launches, giveaways, and creator campaigns across TikTok Shop
  • Manage and project-manage the internal TikTok Shop team including strategists, outreach, coaching, and Discord operations
  • Bring media buying in-house, improving profitability and reducing reliance on external agencies
  • Review scripts, content concepts, and creator output while refining the overall content strategy and creative direction

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have built or scaled a TikTok Shop affiliate program at a DTC brand doing $1M /month in GMV
  • You understand TikTok Shop growth systems deeply, including creators, affiliate ecosystems, content performance, launches, and profitability
  • You are comfortable managing creators and communities while building strong long-term creator relationships
  • You can analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into stronger creator direction and content systems
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • You operate with high ownership and attention to detail while moving quickly and decisively
  • You are proficient with Discord, TikTok Shop affiliate tools, creator outreach workflows, and creator management systems
  • You are fluent in English

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop Ads or creator-led paid acquisition
  • Experience in the wellness, supplement, or health space
  • Strong intuition for high-converting TikTok Shop content and creator performance
  • Experience managing strategists, creators, VAs, or creator operations teams

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

  • This is not a content creator role. You lead creators. You do not produce the content yourself.
  • This is not a pure ops or analyst role. If your strongest output is in spreadsheets, this is not the seat.
  • This is not a delegator role. You execute alongside the team every day. If you are looking to manage from above and let the team do the work, this is not the seat.
