About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Retention Strategist to manage our most sophisticated, high-touch accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of client data and a proven ability to build effective retention strategies. You will be responsible for driving measurable LTV growth for elite brands.
This is a fully remote position supporting a team on US time zones.

What You're Getting Into
- Develop and implement deep-retention strategies to significantly improve 30-60-90 day CM LTV.
- Move beyond basic email tactics to create comprehensive frameworks with clear observations, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead critical monthly client calls and daily check-ins to ensure all strategic questions are addressed and objectives are met.
- Analyze cohort data and repurchase rates using tools like Lifetimely, Triple Whale, and Peel Insights to uncover hidden revenue opportunities.
- Utilize Claude Projects and automation tools to optimize your workflow and enhance client deliverables.
Who You Are
- Experience: Possess at least 3 years of elite Klaviyo experience, having managed brands with a minimum of $1M in monthly revenue.
- Background: Have a proven track record in a high-growth DTC brand environment or a top-tier agency.
- Strategic Mindset: Understand the interplay between traffic, email marketing, and offer strategy in driving sales.
- Analytical Edge: Demonstrate a strong ability to derive insights from data, not just present screenshots. Be fluent in metrics such as first-order value, repurchase rates, and holdout testing.
- AI Proficient: Be a power user of AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT, adept at using them for efficiency and superior work output.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Expertise in Claude Code or building custom GPT/Claude automations.
- Extensive experience with Recharge, Rebuy, or Wonderment platforms.
Deal Breakers:
- Lack of experience in e-commerce or email/retention marketing.
- Discomfort with client-facing roles or challenges in relationship management.
- Difficulty managing project timelines and schedules.
- An approach that is not data-driven or analytical.
- An unwillingness to be hands-on with execution tasks.
