Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer
100% Remote (Monthly team meetings in Plano, TX or Nashville, TN) - $115,000 per year

Are you a senior Oracle PL/SQL expert who enjoys owning requirements and partnering closely with the business? This is an opportunity to join a long-tenured, stable healthcare technology organization building fully custom, in-house EMR and billing systems—no offshore teams, no third-party platforms, and real influence on technical direction from day one.
Who you are
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development experience, including packages, procedures, functions, and complex SQL
- Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Proven ability to lead on the technical side and set development standards or guidelines
- Experience with DevOps concepts, including creating or supporting deployment pipelines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects supporting large-scale, HIPAA-compliant systems
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical deliverables
- Lead technical efforts for a small team of PL/SQL developers, providing guidance and best practices
- Tune and refactor existing database objects to improve performance, reliability, and scalability

Compensation
The expected range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 per year. Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
