Project Coordinator - Full time, Day, Remote

Description

Providence is calling for a remote Project Coordinator to join our One Revenue Cycle (ORC) team. ORC supports Providence Health and Services across all regions, from Alaska to California, ensuring our core strategy of "One Ministry Committed to Excellence" is delivered while enhancing the patient care experience.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for provisioning access to Payor Websites, performing scheduled IT production tasks, and monitoring automated processes to ensure no disruption of IT services to end users. You will serve as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, and Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams, while performing basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of general office experience.
• 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Proven track record in organizing and planning with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
