About the Role

Providence is seeking a Revenue Cycle Auditor RN for a full-time, day shift, remote position. This role is crucial in providing patient-focused, standardized, and compliant revenue cycle support to help Providence St Joseph Health achieve its financial objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  • 3 years of experience actively utilizing EPIC or MEDITECH and their data reporting functions.
  • 3 years of experience working with Revenue Cycle team members to achieve specific objectives.
  • Experience in a high-production, deadline-oriented professional environment requiring multitasking, flexibility, and self-directed work.
  • Strong background in using Epic and other IT for documentation.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes.
  • A proven track record in organizing and planning, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Case Management Healthcare Professional certification
  • 3 years of experience in case management or a similar function within an acute care setting.
  • 2 years of experience in a Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity role, focusing on identifying and resolving inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes.
  • 1 year of experience in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system.
