Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant -- Hire-to-Retire (H2R)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Sugar Land, TX)

Duration: Through April 2027, with the potential for extension

Travel: Approximately 5%

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream. This individual will lead change management efforts across HR processes, timekeeping, and related business and system transformations to ensure successful adoption and long-term organizational readiness.

The ideal candidate is a strategic change leader who is equally comfortable developing enterprise change strategies and executing hands-on deliverables. This role requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organizational change management strategy for the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize organizational disruption.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Operations, and business leadership to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Create and execute communication strategies that effectively support organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop end-user readiness plans, learning strategies, and adoption activities.
  • Measure organizational readiness, user adoption, and overall change effectiveness throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead change sustainment activities following the planned February 2027 go-live.
  • Collaborate with other change leaders to ensure alignment across multiple transformation workstreams.
  • Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable communications for diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading organizational change management initiatives within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven experience supporting HR transformation initiatives, including Hire-to-Retire (H2R), HR processes, or workforce transformation.
  • Strong expertise in change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
  • Experience conducting organizational change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM, EPAY, or other enterprise HR and timekeeping systems.
  • Previous experience within the aviation or transportation industry.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
