Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead product migration projects, manage vendors, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
- Deliver written and oral executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications.
- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
- Lead stakeholder meetings with external vendors and present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across levels of the business.
- Support larger insights program objectives, such as aligning employee listening with customer and business metrics through dashboards and text analytics.
- Work cross-functionally to identify root causes and resolve pain points involving processes, policies, and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Project Management Skills with experience in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Experience leading product migration projects.
- Technical product knowledge and technical literacy, including architecture knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets.
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, and migration tools.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking.
- Experience working in customer-support functions such as sales or customer service.
- Experience working across channels and work groups.
- Experience analyzing complex problems, considering diverse perspectives, and devising effective, innovative solutions.
- Experience working within the Technology or Telecommunications industry.
- PMP Certification or training preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
