US - Staffing - IT Help Desk Agent

Position Details

Job Overview

We are seeking up to 10 IT Help Desk Agents to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth IT operations. The position offers a hybrid work model with some in-office presence required for specific shifts, while off-hours shifts are fully remote. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the Portsmouth, NH office and be willing to commute as needed. A strong, stable internet connection is required, with the ability to connect via Ethernet.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Participate in a mandatory 3-week instructor-led training program.
• Adhere to assigned shifts and maintain reliability and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with hybrid work requirements, including in-office presence for certain shifts.
• Maintain a strong and stable internet connection for remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including off-hours and weekends.
• Reliable internet connection with Ethernet capability.
• Willingness to commute to the Portsmouth, NH office as required.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
