Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-powered Document Intelligence Platform supporting innovative software solutions.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of an enterprise Document Intelligence Platform.
- Lead product initiatives focused on AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, intelligent classification, and automated data extraction.
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Data, and Compliance teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Define user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and guide Agile sprint execution.
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to improve automation, product usability, and platform scalability.
- Collaborate on responsible AI implementation while supporting secure, compliant document processing solutions.
- Drive continuous product innovation through rapid experimentation and measurable business outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience leading AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, document classification, or intelligent document processing platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM and AI technologies into production products.
- Experience writing user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile product delivery.
- Strong understanding of APIs, engineering workflows, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate measurable product outcomes and cross-functional leadership.
- Candidates must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
